Onsite System

If you are reading this, you are probably in some form of production, operations, or human resources with your company, and your position entails many responsibilities every day.

The one thing you probably never thought would be your responsibility was managing a team of temporary workers. It’s not that you can’t do it, but the last time we checked, there weren’t any classes that teach this particular skill set.

Crucial Link eats, drinks, and lives temporary staffing. We have developed our Onsite System to address your company’s needs, ensuring we stay focused on what is most important, keeping your company producing at full capacity.

Below is the framework of our proprietary System. Because it is proprietary, we will only be showing you the baseline of our System here. You will be shown the complete System when we meet to discuss this. Note that it can and will be customized to your company’s specific requirements:

Step 1

Increasing the ‘Pool of Qualified Applicants’ by establishing needed tech and initial process, creating unique to you search capabilities and attraction/retention strategies such as:

  • Custom-built job board and posting module
  • SSMTP: Select Social Media and Texting Plan
  • S.E.T. Strategy

  • Pre-Employment Prep

Step 2

Logistical Management entails communication with Operations and HR and could include:

  • All Onsite going through production floor training
  • Liaison with company contacts
  • Call Off/Diff Report

  • Pre-Shift Coordination Meetings with Operations and HR

Step 3

Employee Management – These are our people and our responsibility:

  • Conduct PPE Check per shift, including Crucial Link’s 4 Seconds to Safety Instruction

  • M.B.W.A.: (Management by Walking Around) Number of random checks per hour, per shift, determined by company production need
  • Mandated Onboarded Pool List for each shift
  • Know required production levels and coach workers accordingly

Step 4

Accountability – Our job is INSURING your production, not simply providing people.

  • Onsite Coordinator Checklists of Responsibilities
  • After Action Reports

  • 24/7 Access to Onsite Coordinators and Owner/Operators
  • Calibration Meetings: This meeting is at the heart of the 4M Methodology

Our state-of-the-art Tech Stack, including the exclusive FindFast app (which significantly reduces time spent finding, hiring, and onboarding), supports all four steps.
