In-Person or Online Interview

Digitally recorded (whichever choice is most time/location appropriate): We base our questions on the information from our Position Review and our history of Best Practices. This step could include different assessment tests as we see needed.

Live or Online Interview Business Simulations

Digitally recorded, we construct and frame real-life business scenarios to evaluate how the candidate will perform in “next to real” situations. This gives us a defined proof source of their ability

Candidate Submittal Report

We detail why we think they are a fit, including time-stamped copies of the recorded steps for your review so you can quickly access the pertinent parts of each recording. Most importantly, we never submit a candidate that we wouldn’t be willing to hire to work for Crucial Link
